SPK Corporation (hereinafter “SPK”) held the “Nehori-Hahori* Day” at SPK Tokyo Headquarters in August 2024.
“Nehori-Hahori Day” was an internal event aimed at deepening the understanding of the various departments and work conducted at the Tokyo Headquarters, as well as fostering camaraderie
among employees. Also, through programs that welcomed the participation of employees’ families,
the event sought to increase interest and engagement in SPK and the automotive industry.
The event was attended by over 50 participants, including employees from the SPK Tokyo
Headquarters and Saitama Sales Office, as well as their families.

【Event Overview】 Date: Thursday, August 1, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Venue: SPK Corporation Tokyo Headquarters (1-4-20 Higashi-Oi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo) ≪Program Highlights≫ Company Overview (for adults and children), Business Card Exchange, Office Tour, Racer Role-Playing and Racing Simulator Experience, Delivery Party and so on.

The event was lively, featuring activities such as enjoying pizza delivered from “Pizzeria Bakka
M’unica”, a local gourmet restaurant near SPK Tokyo Headquarters. Feedback from employees
such as, “It was meaningful to interact with colleagues from other departments.” Families
expressed their appreciation as well, with comments like, “I gained a better understanding of SPK,”
“It was great to know about my father’s work,” and “I want to go there again!”
SPK will continue to make efforts to create a more comfortable and supportive work  environment.

* “Nehori-Hahori”…A Japanese phrase used to describe the process of getting to know someone or something thoroughly through open and curious inquiry. In this event, it symbolizes the effort to learn about each other’s work and departments through friendly exchanges.
